부모의 성취압력과 고등학생 자녀의 학업소진 간의 관계에서 그릿의 조절 효과

초록

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between parental achievement pressure, academic burnout of a child who is a high school student and grit, and to confirm the moderating effect of grit in the relationship between parental achievement pressure and their children's academic burnout. For this purpose, the tests for solving the research problems of this study were measured for 215 first and second grade students attending high schools located in Gyeonggi-do, and analyzed and statistically processed using the SPSS WIN 21.0v program. As a result of the study, there was a significant correlation between parents' achievement pressure and academic burnout, and between grit and academic burnout, but there was no significant correlation between parental achievement pressure and grit. It was found that father's achievement pressure had a significant effect on the anxiety sub-factor of academic burnout, and mother's achievement pressure had a significant effect on the antipathy sub-factor. Among the sub-factors of grit, the factor of persistence of effort had a significant effect on incompetence, antipathy, exhaustion, and apathy of academic burnout, and the factor of persistence of interest had a significant effect on incompetence, anxiety, and exhaustion. In the relationship between parental achievement pressure and children's apathy for academic burnout, it was found that persistence of effort among the sub-factors of grit had a moderating effect. The moderating effect of grit on the relationship between parental achievement pressure and their children's academic burnout means that academic burnout of high school students can be reduced or prevented if they continue to make steady efforts toward their goals even under excessive achievement pressure.
