초록
This study examined self-management patterns among Korean hypertensive patients and explored how these patterns vary across age groups and socioeconomic statuses. Using latent class analysis, four distinct groups were identified: Effort, Learning-Needs, Avoidant, and Inactivity. Multinomial logistic regression showed that lower education, income, and unstable employment increased the likelihood of being in less adherent groups. Notably, while young adults with low education or unemployment status showed higher risk, middle-aged and older adults displayed more structured disparities. These findings suggest the need for tailored health and welfare interventions that account for life-course and socioeconomic contexts.
