게임물 등급 분류 제도의 비관세장벽 해당성에 관한 고찰 – 서비스무역에 관한 일반 협정을 중심으로

초록

The game rating classification system(GRCS) was introduced for the sound distribution of game products, but criticism continues that GRCS is uncertain and arbitrary. These criticisms are made only domestically, but as long as the game industry corresponds to service trade, it is estimated that there is a possibility that it will trun into Service Trade Dispute(STD) if the problems pointed out fall under the non-tariff barriers prohibited by GATS. So, this paper analyze the elements of STD by reviewing the applicability of the non-tariff barrier of GRCS, and suggest what is an element of STD.
