연극 교과 인식과 수업환경이 시수 만족도에 미치는 영향

초록

The purpose of this study is to find out how the perception of theater subjects and the classroom environment affect the satisfaction of the number of classes. To this end, 228 theater instructors working in middle and high schools over the country were surveyed using a Google questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed through difference analysis and multiple regression analysis. As a result of the study, First, regarding raising awareness, there was no significant difference in all of the control variables (school grade, establishment type, school type, position, major, work area, and educational experience). The classroom environment showed very significant differences in school type, major, work experience in education, school grade and work area, and slightly significant differences in establishment type. On the other hand, there was no significant difference in position. Satisfaction with the number of classes hours showed a very significant difference in career in education, and slightly significant difference in the school type and work area. On the other hand, there were no significant differences in school grade, establishment type, position, and major. In terms of satisfaction with educational hours, there were very significant differences between school type and career in education. On the other hand, there were no differences in school grade, establishment type, position, major status, and work area. Second, it was found that the satisfaction of the number of classes had an effect in the order of class environment, recognition enhancement, and establishment type, and it was found that the satisfaction of the number of classes had an effect in the order of class environment, work experience in education, and recognition enhancement. The results of this study have historical implications for contributing to the development of theater subjects in middle and high schools as basic data.
