어플라이드 시어터로서의 국내 노동연극 특성 연구 -민주화 시대 노동연극을 중심으로-

초록

This paper aims to explore the historical birth and contemporary possibilities of domestic Applied Theater by discussing the issues and characteristics of the ambiguity and disturbance of terms that occurred in the domestic acceptance process of Applied Theater and studying domestic performance cases. Among them, I would like to derive the characteristics of Applied Theater through labor theater in the democratization era and examine the relationship between labor theater and Applied Theater in the democratization era. The paper is organized as follows. First, in '2.1 Ambiguity and Difficulties in Terminology', I will discuss the difficulties in translation and ambiguity of the concept of Applied Theater. Then, in '2.2 Characteristics of Applied Theater', I will discuss its aesthetic and formal characteristics. Then, in Chapter 3, 'Applied Theater Characteristics in Labor Plays of the Democratization Era', I will identify the applied theater characteristics in the works <Settle Dongil textile company’s affairs> and <The Torchlight> and discuss their relationship to applied theater. In doing so, I will present the historical starting point of the domestic Applied Theater and propose the contemporary utility of the domestic Applied Theater and the possibility of alternative theater and theater of a new era.
