구도심 지역 주민 야간 환경개선 CPTED와 지역 확장 AI 연구 - 고양시 지역을 중심으로 -
초록
It is important to apply crime prevention environmental design (CPTED) to improve the safety and quality of life of residents in the old urban area, and improvement through smart technology is needed as the aging environment causes crime anxiety. Accordingly, the Goyang Smart City Project aims to discover and operate regional problems to implement smart city services by establishing a cooperative model that combines the expertise of university resources and the citizenship of the civic community. The regional scope of the study is the Ilsan 2-dong old city center of the USCREATE team, which consists of Goyang City citizens' meetings, and the development of a CPTED-based AIoT smart lighting system was promoted to improve traffic safety and night environment. The research and eating method was conducted in a systematic process such as recruiting and promoting the community, selecting a citizen solving team and a solution solving team, a problem discovery workshop, and finding a problem definition and solution through field trips and surveys. As a result of the study, the USCREATE team developed a CPTED-based AIoT smart lighting system through citizen participation to improve the safety and environment of residents in the old urban area. This system secures night walking and traffic safety with real-time object recognition and dimming technology, and proved its effectiveness through field demonstration. In the sense of regional expansion, when combined with the AI application capabilities of Jung-gu, Seoul, AI can analyze CPTED data to predict the optimal application area and actively control smart lighting to maximize efficiency.
