텍스트마이닝을 활용한 중학교 기술⋅가정 교과서의 지속가능발전목표(SDGs) 반영 분석: 2015 및 2022 개정 생활자원 단원을 중심으로

The purpose of this study is to compare and analyze the extent to which the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are reflected in the Life Resources unit of middle school technology & home economics textbooks developed under the 2015 and 2022 Revised Curricula. For this purpose, five textbooks from each curriculum period were analyzed using term frequency (TF), term frequency-inverse document frequency (TF-IDF), and sentence-BERT (S-BERT) analyses. The results show that the perspective on resource management shifted from an emphasis on efficient personal life management to a focus on environmental sustainability and resource circulation. In the textbooks developed under the 2022 Revised Curriculum, the reflection of SDGs increased, particularly SDG12 (Responsible Consumption and Production) and SDG13 (Climate Action), along with ecosystem-related goals such as SDG14 (Life Below Water) and SDG15 (Life on Land). In contrast, although the frequency of SDG7 (Affordable and Clean Energy)-related terms increased, semantic linkage with SDG targets at the sentence level weakened. The reflection of social and partnership-related SDGs remained limited in both sets of textbooks. These findings indicate that, compared to the 2015 textbooks, the 2022 textbooks show a quantitative expansion in SDGs integration, while limitations remain in terms of balance across domains and qualitative integration.
