- Abstract
- 본 연구는 유엔기후변화협약(UNFCCC)에 따른 제24차 당사국총회(COP24)를 중심으로 동향과 정책시사점을 한국의 관점에서 분석하였다. 유엔기후변화협약에 따른 당사국총회는 2018년 12월에 폴란드 카토비체에서 24번째로 열렸는데, 그 동안의 주요성과로는 교토의정서(Kyoto Protocol)와 파리 기후협정(Paris Agreement)을 들 수 있다. 본 연구는 이번 당사국총회(COP24) 협상을 중심으로 그 동안의 협상경과를 살펴보고, 교토의정서 체제와 비교분석을 통해 향후 파리 기후협정 이행을 위한 절차와 방법론의 준비상황 및 정책시사점을 제시하였다.
