Abstract

The purpose of this study is to develop key social responsibility indicators needed for sustainable facilities and asset management. In order to develop the indicators, we conducted surveys on the social values ​​of stakeholders in Korea. The stakeholders in the construction industry, which are deeply involved in facility and asset management, were included in the survey. Survey questionnaires are based on international standards; ISO 26000, ISO 14000, ISO 37001, ISO 41001, ISO 41011, ISO 41012, ISO 41023, ISO 55001. KSA(Korea Standards Association) announces the level of corporate social responsibility performance each year through this method, and the level of its performance is called KSI (Korean Sustainability index). The core of this study is to develop the social value indicators that are used in the evaluation of local public corporation through comparison study with the social value indicators developed in this paper. The detail results of this study are as follows.
