- Abstract
- 본 연구는 대학 창업교육의 서비스품질과 학습몰입에 미치는 영향관계를 실증 분석하여 효과적인 창업교육 방안을 마련하는데 시사점을 제공하고자 진행되었다. 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 창업교육의 서비스품질에서 전문 강사와 창업교육 차별성은 학습몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 창업교육 서비스품질에서 창업교육의 차별성과 창업교육 운영은 학생들의 학업적 자기효능감에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 학업적 자기효능감은 학습몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 창업교육 서비스품질과 학습몰입의 영향관계에서 학업적 자기효능감은 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.
