| dc.description.abstract | 자폐성장애는 남아 우세를 보이는 대표적인 장애유형으로 기존 연구는 대부분 자폐성장애 남성을 대상으로 하거나 남성 중심의 특성을 반영하는 경우가 많았다. 그러나 자폐성장애의 개념이 확장되면서 자폐성장애 여성의 성별 특성이 자폐성장애 판별을 어렵게하며, 결과적으로 낮은 출현율에 기여한다는 논의도 함께 제기되고 있다. 이를 위하여 그동안 자폐성장애를 가진 여성의 특성과 경험을 보고한 연구 총 17편을 최종 분석하고 자폐성장애 여성에 대한 전반적인 연구현황 및 연구 참여자 특성을 알아보고 ASD 여성의전반적인 경험 특성을 다음과 같이 정리하였다. (1) 정서 및 사회적 어려움, (2) 남아 우세 환경의 영향, (3) 사춘기 관련 경험, (4) 진단 및 선별의 어려움, (5) 성 관련 문제와 취약성, (6) 성 정체성 관련 인식과 경험. 또한 연구에서 드러난 긍정적 요인 혹은 도움이되었던 지원과 함께 제언 및 추후 연구방향을 논의하였다. | - |
