- Abstract
- 이 글은 1960년대와 1970년대에 벌어졌던 남북한의 체제경쟁이라는 관점에서 북한의 국가전략을 살펴보고 북한의 사회주의 방식 경제성장전략을 검토하려고 한다. 남한 사회에서 흔히 ‘박정희식 개발연대’라고 불리는 1960년대와 1970년대는 남북한의 체제경쟁과 경제성장전략이 비대칭적이면서도 총력동원의 형태로 진행되었던 시기이면서 동시에 남북한의 성공과 실패가 역전되고 또 결정되던 시기였다. 이 글이 다루고 있는 주요 내용은 1960년대와 1970년대 북한의 국가전략과 경제성장전략에 대한 북한 당국의 공식적인 역사 서술, 남한 사회의1960~70년대 북한 경제성장전략에 대한 평가, 남북한 비교의 관점에서 제기되는 북한 경제성장전략과 관련한 쟁점, 현재 시점에서 1960~70년대 북한 경제연구가 던지는 시사점 등이다.
