- Abstract
- 본 프로그램에서는 1차에 9종, 2차에 11종의 디자인씽킹 방법이 적용되었으며, 이 중 실험양식과 공감지도를 제외한 역할극, 포스트잇으로 공감하기, 토킹스틱, 5Whys, 이해관계자지도, HMW, 프로토타입 제작 워크숍, 브레인스토밍, 페르소나, 스토리보드 방법의 적용을 통해 공감 경험, 인식의 폭 확장, 주의 집중도 향상, 문제에 대한 다각적 시각, 아이디어 발상활동 촉진, 피드백에 대한 긍정적 경험, 협력적 아이디어 발상 경험의 장점 인식, 사용자에 대한 집중 및 사용자 친화적인 아이디어 생성, 프로토타입 개선 폭의 확대라는 효과가 확인되었다. 향후 더 많은 디자인씽킹의 방법들이 적용된 연구가 이루어진다면 교육현장에서의 디자인씽킹 실천 가능성이 더 높아질 것으로 보인다.
