| dc.description.abstract | 연구문제 또는 목적: 본 연구는 서울시 장애인 가족을 대상으로 조건부가치추정법(CVM)을 적용하여 가족지원서비스의 사회적 가치를 추정하고 지불의사(WTP) 결정요인을 규명하는 데 목적이 있다. 연구방법: 장애인 가족 1,302명을 대상으로 이중양분선택형 질문을 포함한 설문조사를 수행하였다. 하향 추가 질문을 포함한 구간 데이터로 평균 지불의사액을 산출하고, 로짓 모형으로 결정요인을 분석하였다. 연구결과: 연간 평균 지불의사액은 약 6만 원으로 도출되었으며, 제시금액이 높을수록 지불의사가 낮아지는 가격 민감성이 확인되었다. 결정요인으로는 장애 특성보다 소득·거주형태 등 경제적 지불능력(ATP)이 유의하게 나타났다. 결론 또는 시사점: 본 연구는 가족지원서비스가 투자가치가 있는 공공서비스임을 입증하였다. 다만 지불의사가 경제력에 제약받으므로, 공공재정 책임을 강화하되 저소득층 부담을 완화하는 차등적 분담 체계가 필요하다. | - |
