| dc.description.abstract | 이 연구는 인지전(cognitive warfare) 시대의 AI 정보전략을 고찰하고, 팔란티어의 인공지능 체계를 분석하였다. 팔란티어의 AIP와 GAIA는 대규모 데이터를 실시간 통합분석하여 인지적 상황인식을 구현하며, 정보의 의미론적 연결을 자동 추론함으로써 ‘인식의 설계’와 ‘의사결정의 통제’를 실현한다. 이러한 인지형 AI는 국가안보의 효율성을 높이는 동시에 감시사회화와 인권 침해의 위험을 내포한다. 이에 본 연구는 기술 자립성과 윤리성을 기반으로 한 한국형 AI 정보전략(K-INTEL) 구축 방향을 제시하였다. K-INTEL은 인지전 대응형 AI 플랫폼과 윤리적 데이터 거버넌스를 결합하여 ‘데이터 중심 안보’에서 ‘인지 중심 안보’로의 전략 전환을 도모하고자 한다. | - |
