| dc.description.abstract | · 연구 주제: 주요국의 CBDC 도입 현황과 한국의 제도·시장 환경을 종합하여, r-CBDC·w-CBDC의 향후 발행 가능성과 정책적 시사점을 탐색하는 연구· 연구 배경: 최근 가상자산과 DeFi의 급성장으로 금융 안정성 우려가 커지면서, 각국 중앙은행이 디지털 화폐(CBDC) 발행 필요성을 연구하고 있으며 우리나라 또한 그 도입 여부와 정책 방향이 주요 논점으로 떠오르고 있다. · 선행연구와의 차이점: 기존 연구들은 주로 기술적 설계나 해외 사례 분석에 집중하였으나, 본 연구는 한국의 환경과 국회 논의 동향을 반영하여 r-CBDC, w-CBDC, 스테이블코인을 통합적으로 검토한다는 점에서 차별성을 지닌다. · 연구방법: 문헌연구와 비교분석을 중심으로, 주요국 사례와 국내 제도 현황을 검토하고 정책적 함의를 도출하였다. · 연구결과: 단기적으로 r-CBDC가 보편적 지급수단으로 정착할 가능성은 낮으며, w-CBDC의 국제무역·금융 거래 활용 가능성이 더 크다. 동시에 국회에서 논의 중인 스테이블코인 제도화는 향후 디지털 통화정책의 보완적 역할을 수행할 것으로 전망된다. · 공헌점 및 기대효과: 본 연구는 우라나라의 CBDC 및 스테이블코인 정책 논의의 방향성을 제시하며, 정책 입안자에게 혁신과 안정성의 균형을 모색할 수 있는 기초 자료로 기여할 수 있다. | - |
