| dc.description.abstract | PC 패널을 이용하는 건물 리모델링 시공 방법, 및 이를 적용한 리모델링 건물이 개시된다. 본 발명은, 리모델링 대상 건물 외벽의 창문 및 창문 상부의 벽체를 제거하여 양쪽 기둥 및 상부보를 노출시키는 공정, 노출된 양쪽 기둥에 고정부재를 설치하는 공정, 양쪽 기둥에 설치된 고정부재에 제거된 벽체의 형상을 가지는 PC 패널을 설치하는 공정, 및 고정부재와 PC 패널의 접합부위를 용접하는 공정을 통해 시공된다. 본 발명에 따르면, 건물을 리모델링함에 있어서 친환경 공사가 가능하고, 공기와 공비를 획기적으로 절감할 수 있으며, 건물의 미관 개선이 용이하게 된다. 아울러, 본 발명에 따르면, PC 패널을 이용함으로써, 간편한 시공에 의하여 우수한 성능의 횡지지 보강(내진 보강)을 산출할 수 있으며 기존의 노후화된 구조물의 횡 지지력을 증가시킬 수 있는 효과를 얻을 수 있다. | - |
