- Abstract
- 본 발명에서는 골관절염 환자의 관절강내 염증성 환경을 모사하기 위하여 연골세포, 활액막세포, 지방세포로 구성된 3차원 공배양 시스템을 이용한 배양 방법을 구축하고, 연골세포의 2차원 단층배양 혹은 오가노이드 배양시의 염증성 환경 모사와 비교하여 골관절염의 생체내 환경을 더욱 잘 모사할 수 있음을 확인함.
