- Abstract
- 본 발명은 스핀 편극된 전자의 제어를 갖는 스핀트로닉스 소자를 이용하여 새로운 개념의 고효율 디스플레이가 가능하도록 하는 스핀 발광소자를 이용한 디스플레이 장치를 제공하기 위한 것으로서, 좌 또는 우의 원편광 광원을 발광하는 스핀 발광소자와, 상기 스핀 발광소자에서 발광되는 원편광 광원을 선편광으로 변환시키는 위상차판과, 상기 위상차판에서 변환된 선편광의 특정방향에 따라 통과하는 빛의 양(세기)을 조절하는 선편광 필터를 포함하여 구성되는데 있다.
