| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구는 보험회사의 사회공헌활동이 보험계약유지율에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 보험계약유지율은 보험회사의 지속가능성을 평가하는 중요한 지표로서, 사회공헌활동 수준이 높을수록 고객과의 신뢰도를 높이고, 나아가 보험계약유지율이 높아지는지 검증하였다. 분석결과, 사회공헌활동 수준이 높은 보험회사일수록 단기계약유지율(13회차)이 유의하게 높았으며, 사회공헌기부금비율이 주요한 긍정적 요인으로 나타났다. 다만, 장기계약유지율(25회차)에 대한 영향은 제한적이였다. 이외에도 보험계약유지율에 사회공헌활동이 미치는 영향은 회사특성에 따라 다르게 나타나고 있음을 발견하였다. 손해보험사, 비상장회사, 국외회사에서 사회공헌활동의 영향력이 더욱 크게 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 보험회사의 지속가능한 경영과 고객과의 신뢰 형성을 위해 사회공헌활동의 강화가 중요한 요인이라는 정책적 시사점을 제공한다. | - |
