dc.description.abstract질소 도핑 된 이산화티타늄으로 기능화 된 Al2O3 기반 중공사막을 제조하였으며 NH3 가스의 효율적인 광촉매 분해에 적용하여 최적의 조건에서 NH3 가스 분해 효율은 불과 15분 후에 100%에 도달함.-
