- 본 발명은, 복합 생약 추출물을 유효성분으로 함유하는 우울증의 예방 또는 치료용 약학조성물에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로, 본 발명은 산약(Dioscoreae batatas Decaisne), 어성초(Houttuynia cordata THUNB), 용안육(Euphoria longana STEUD)의 복합제의 에탄올 추출물을 유효성분으로 함유하는, 우울증의 예방 또는 치료용 약학조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의하면, 부작용이 거의 없고 항우울증 효과가 뛰어난 천연 약물 및 건강식품을 제공할 수 있다.
