| dc.description.abstract | 현재 화장품에 사용되고 있는 기존 보존제들의 화학 구조를 분석해본 결과, 한쪽 끝에는 친수성 기 (하이드록시 기 및 페놀 그룹 등)를 다른 한쪽 끝에는 소수성 기를 갖는 공통적인 특징을 발견하였다. 이를 적용하여 본 발명에서는 친수성 기로 페놀류 구조를 갖으며 소수성 기로 알킬(alkyl) 기를 갖는 다양한 알킬 페놀계 화합물들의 항균 시험을 진행하여 항균 효과가 우수한 새로운 보존제를 찾아내었다. | - |
