| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명에서는 독자적으로 개발한 미세 유체 발생 장치를 이용하여 피부 온도인 32 ~ 36 ℃ 부근에서 녹는점을 가지는 지용성 반고상 오일을 벽제 재료로 사용하여, 캡슐의 크기가 균일하고, 미백 효소를 담지하는 캡슐을 제조하여 미백 화장품 제형에 적용하고자 한다. 여기서 반고상 오일이 완전히 액화되는 온도인 40 ℃를 유지할 수 있도록 하는 Heating Water Circulator를 이용하여 미백 효소 수용액을 미세유체 장치를 사용하여 혼합하여, W/O 제형인 캡슐을 만든다. 그 다음 여기에 수상을 첨가하여 W/O/W 형태의 제형을 만든다. | - |
