| dc.description.abstract | 1. 피검자의 혈장 內 FXIII (factor 13) 응고효소에 의해 그물망구조(meshwork)를 형성함으로써 혈전의 구조를 튼튼하게 하는 섬유소 (fibrin) 사이 사이에, 역시 FXIII 응고효소에 의해 삽입 된 후 형광시그널을 방출할 수 있도록 하는 Cy-15 fluorescent probe를 섞어 제작한 혈전을 이용함으로써 혈전용해도와 혈전용해저항도를 정성/정량적으로 분석가능케 하는 진단 Kit를 고안하였으며, 이를 자동 기계화 할 수 있음. 2. 본 발명을 이용하면 혈전 용해에 따른 RBC-Hb 방출을 정량하는 기존의 방법과 더불어 이와는 다른 생물학적 의미를 가지는 것으로서 섬유소 절단에 의한 혈전용해를 반영하는 Cy-15 방출을 동시에 모니터링할 수 있음 3. 기존에 Cy5.5 fluorochrome 대신 Alexa-680을 이용하여 제작한 probe가 개발된 바 있으나, 피험자의 자가혈액과 믹스해서 만든 혈전을 이용하여 혈전용해도와 혈전저항도를 정성/정량 분석할 수 있는 kit는 개발된 바가 없음 | - |
