| dc.description.abstract | Statin 약제는 국내 단일질환 사망률 1위, 장애 유발 원인 1위 질환인 뇌졸중의 주 원인인 동맥경화반 파열을 예방하는 약제로 전세계적으로 광범위하게 사용하고 있는 약제이지만 insulin resistance (인슐린 저항성) 및 circulating pro-intlammatory cytokine을 증가시키는 부작용이 존재한다. 항우울제의 치료제로서 임상단계에서 오랫동안 사용되어 오고 있는 LiCl는 최근 연구에 따르면 동맥경화증과 뇌경색에 효과가 있다고 밝혀졌다. 따라서, 본 발명에서는 Wnt 신호전달체계 활성제인 LiCl에 의해 statin에 의해 의해 발생하는 MMP9의 발현으로 인한 inflammation response를 감소시킴으로서 statin 제제의 적용증을 넓힘으로서 더 좋은 예후를 기대할 수 있음. | - |
