| dc.description.abstract | 화장품 원료물질의 동물실험이 금지되어 이를 대체할 수 있는 방법의 개발이 시급한데 본 연구는 원료물질의 자극을 예측할 수 있는 타겟을 발굴하기 위한 것으로 우선 미백 효능을 지니는 레티노인산과 하이드로퀴논의 자극에 의해 유의하게 발현되는 유전자 군을 마이크로어레이를 시행하고 데이터를 여러 조합으로 분석하여 발굴하였다. 체계적인 연구를 통하여 이들 물질의 자극과 연관된 유전자 군에 대한 보고는 아직 없다. 더구나 흔히 사용하고 있는 각질형성세포 단독 이외에 본 연구는 멜라닌세포 및 각질형성세포와 멜라닌세포와의 공배양도 이용하여 연구를 진행하였고 일부 유전자는 공배양에서 발현이 보다 뚜렷함을 확인함으로써 인체에서와 보다 유사한 체계의 가능성을 나타내었다. | - |
