| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 희생층을 이용하여 감지체 및 패턴을 신축성 기판 상으로 옮기는 방법으로, 동일 기판 상에 간격을 두고 나열하여 형성한 유사 또는 상이한 둘 이상의 감지체, 각 감지체의 저항 변화를 확인할 수 있는 전극층, 센서에 변형을 가할 시 신축성 부족으로 인하여 감지체 내의 이격이 발생할 수 있는 감지체에 변형을 흡수하는 보호층을 제공하여, 센서의 인장, 이완된 상태에서도 센서의 성능을 유지할 수 있는 스트레쳐블 콤보센서 및 이의 공정 방법을 제시한다. | - |
