- Abstract
- 본발명은벤조피란유도체를유효성분으로포함하는염증성질병의예방및치료제에관한것이다. 벤조피란 유도체가LPS로유도시킨대식세포의염증에서생성되는나이트릭옥사이드의생성과염증을유도시키는사이토카인인인터루킨-6의생성에미치는영향을확인하였고,그결과,21개의유도체중에AC-1011이가장독성이없으며,낮은농도에서도나이트로옥사이드생성과인터루킨-6의생성을감소시키는효과를나타내었으므로,이를염증성질병의치료및예방의약학적조성물로사용할수있다.
