- 본 발명은 영상의 행 또는 열 단위의 선택적 라인 제거와 선형 스케일링을 통해 영상의 크기를 변환하는 방법에 관한 것으로, 특히 기존 방법에 비해 라인 제거에 기인한 형태의 왜곡을 줄이고 계산시간을 획기적으로 줄이는 방법에 관한 것이다.
