Abstract
본 발명은 김치의 이산화탄소 발생에 따른 포장의 부피를 제어하면서 내부에 적절한 이산화탄소 농도를 유지하여 상큼한 탄산맛을 유지시키는 이산화탄소 흡수제의 구성과 사용방법에 관한 것임.
