dc.description.abstract본 발명에서는 대장균에서 유래한 tRNase의 일종인 Colicin D 유전자에서 활성부위(catalytic domain)가 포함되는 595 잔기부터 697 잔기까지 유전자 클로닝 기법을 통해 인위적으로 절단하여 신규 Colicin D595 (ColD595)를 제작하고 이를 암 치료에 적용하는 신규 유전자 치료 기술을 제시함.-
