| dc.description.abstract | 공액고분자 전해질 소재를 이용하여 공액고분자 반도체 소재를 도핑하는 기술에 관한 특허 입니다. 기존 공액고분자 반도체 소재 도핑을 위한 도펀트들은 대부분의 경우 단분자 혹은 비공액형 고분자 화합물이었습니다. 이러한 화합물들은 공액고분자 소재와의 혼합이 좋지 않고 결정특성의 저하를 야기하여 모빌리티 향상에 궁극적으로 방해가 되는 경우가 많아 효율적이 도핑이 이루어지지 않았습니다. 공액 고분자 전해질의 경우 공액구조의 주사슬을 통하여 공액고분자 반도체 소재와의 섞임이 효율적이며 곁사슬의 작용기를 통해 도핑이 가능한 새로운 도펀트 소재 입니다. | - |
