- Abstract
- 본 발명은 아쿠아포린 3 (Aquaporin3)을 유효성분으로 하는 백반증 예방 및 치료용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명자는 백반증 환자의 병변 부위에서 아쿠아포린 3의 발현양이 감소되어 각질형성세포의 생존을 감소시키고, 감소된 각질형성세포가 백반증을 유도함을 확인하였다. 따라서 아쿠아포린 3을 함유하는 본 발명의 조성물은 백반증의 예방 및 치료용으로 사용될 수 있다.
