- 인간 멜라닌세포 단독 배양과 멜라닌세포와 각질형성세포의 공배양 체계에 retinoic acid, hydroquinone, kojic acid 등의 피부색을 하얗게 할 수 있는 화학물질을 피부자극을 잘 일으킨다고 알려진 sodium lauryl sulfate를 양성대조군으로 하여 처리한 후 mRNA에 대한 microarray 분석을 시행하고 결과분석 및 배양세포에의 validation을 통하여 자극을 유발하는 농도의 retinoic acid를 처리한 멜라닌세포에 특이하게 증가하는 유전자로 S100B를 발굴함
