| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 에피토프 태그의 서열을 변형하고 적절한 형태로 분할 (fragmentation)한 후, 단백질의 양 말단에 그 조각들을 유전적으로 융합한 형태로 발현한 후 시험관 혹은 세포 내에서 환형화하여 그 완전한 태그 형태를 갖게 하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 환형화로 인해 태그는 완전한 형태를 갖게 되므로 이 태그는 환형단백질에만 특이적인 항원-항체 반응을 유도할 수 있다. 따라서 이를 환형단백질에 선택적인 검출 혹은 분리에 사용할 수 있다. | - |
