| dc.description.abstract | 플라스틱이나 금속으로 된 신선 농산물 용기나 포장에 원둘레 모양의 일부로 구성된 통기구를 장착시키고, 시간 주기에 따라서 통기구의 개폐정도를 조절하는 장치와 방법에 관한 기술이다. 이 장치의 운전제어에 의하여 농산물의 호흡과 외부와의 기체이동이 적절한 균형을 유지하여, 용기나 포장 내부에 적절한 변형기체조성(산소 및 이산화탄소 농)이 얻어지게 되고, 이로 인하여 농산물의 신선도가 보존되고 저장수명이 연장될 수 있다. 이 장치는 용기 본체에 붙은 원호 모양의 홈(통기구)과, 그 위를 회전하면서 홈을 막거나 개방시킬 수 있는 회전자로 구성된다. 원둘레 홈의 직경과 두께, 그 홈의 비율, 회전자에서의 홈의 크기, 그리고 회전자의 회전 주기 등을 조절함에 따라 통기의 정도를 변화시킬 수 있으며, 이는 담겨진 농산물의 호흡속도에 따라서 적절히 선택되어야 한다. 최적의 장치구성과 운전에 의하여 신선 농산물의 보존에 적절한 산소 및 이산화탄소 농도의 범위를 형성할 수 있다. | - |
