| dc.description.abstract | 본발명은 AC1011 및 AC1014을 유효성분으로 하는 천식의 예방 및 치료제 개발에 관한 것이다. AC1011 및 AC1014는 벤조피란을 모핵으로 하는 화합물로서, 천식으로 유발된 기도과민성 및 염증세포의 침윤을 효과적으로 억제하고, 또한 Th2타입의 면역반응을 조절하여 이로인해 분비되는 사이토카인(인터루킨-4,-5,-13)의 생성을 억제하였으며, 혈청내IgE와 난백알부민특이IgE의 생성을 현저하게 감소시켰다. 이러한 효과들은 기관지 폐포세척액 내 염증세포의 감소 특히 호산구의 감소와 더불어 병리조직학적 검사를 통하여 확인할 수 있었다. 따라서, 본 실험의 결과는 AC1011 및 AC1014가 천식치료에 있어서 천식의 예방 및 치료를 위한 약학적 조성물로 사용될 수 있는 가능성을 제시한다. | - |
