| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 금속 할라이드 계열의 CuI을 기반으로 다양한 재료를 도핑한 3성분계 반도체를 이용하여 용액공정이 가능하며, 상온에서 제조할수 있는 새로운 반도체 재료에 대한 기술을 제공한다. 또한 이의 박막을 트랜지스터의 반도체층으로 사용한 P형 TFT를 제공하는데 있다. CuI 반도체에 Pb, Bi, Sn을 도핑한 Cu-X-I (X=Pb, Bi, Sn) 구조의 반도체를 통해서 높은 정공이동도를 상온에서 안정적으로 보여주는 반도체 소재와 이를 통한 TFT의 제조기술을 제공한다. | - |
