- 본 발명은 비디오 스트리밍 서비스의 폭증으로 인한 이동통신 및 무선통신 시스템의 과부하 문제를 해결하기 위하여 디바이스에 올라가 있는 앱과 캐시 서버의 도움을 받아 근 미래에 사용할 비디오 콘텐츠를 예측하고 이를 다른 디바이스를 이용하여 프리패칭함으로써 피크 타임에서의 기지국의 부담을 줄여주기 위한 것이다.
