| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 비스페놀 A(Bisphenol A, BPA)에 의해 유도된 암 진단용 바이오마커에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로 메타분석을 통해 얻어진 microarray 데이터와 RNA-seq 데이터를 이용해 BPA가 투여되어 의해 특이적으로 유전자 발현이 증가 또는 감소하는 바이오마커군을 선발한 것이다. 이를 이용하면 BPA의 노출에 의해 유발되는 암 발생 기작을 구명할 수 있다. | - |
