| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 제니스틴 (genistein)에 의해 유도된 유방암 진단용 바이오마커에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로 메타분석을 통해 얻어진 microarray 데이터와 RNA-seq 데이터를 이용해 제니스틴이 투여되어 특이적으로 유전자 발현이 증가 또는 감소하는 바이오마커군을 선발한 것이다. 이를 이용하면 제니스틴의 노출에 의해 유발되는 유방암 발생 기작을 구명할 수 있다. | - |
