- 본 발명은 N-(2,2'-이중치환-2H-크로멘-6-일)-N',N"-이중치환-구아니딘 유도체의 에스-니트로소글루타치온 환원제 (S-nitrosoglutathion reductase; GSNOR) 저해 활성을 통한 염증질환 치료제 개발의 유용성에 관한 용도에 관한 것이다. 상기한 신규 화합물이 펩타이드 GSNOR 억제 활성으로 유발되는 염증 질환의 예방 및 치료제로 사용하는 용도에 관한 것이다.
