| dc.description.abstract | 피부자극을 예측하는 실험실 방법의 하나로 사이토카인 측정이 가능한데 IL-1alpha 가 주로 사용되고 있다. 그러나 반복하여 장기간 사용시 나타나는 자극을 반영하기 어렵다는 결과가 발표되고 알레르기와 자극반응을 구분하는 명확한 마커의 부족 등으로 이들에 길항적으로 작용하는 IL-1 receptor antagonist (IL-1RN)를 발굴하여 기전을 규명하고 피부자극을 위한 새로운 마커의 가능성을 확인하였다. | - |
