| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 혈관 내부 진단용 초음파 변환자 제작 시, 압전소자 역전층의 위치 및 비율을 조절하여 고주파수 광대역 특성 및 다중주파수 고조파 특성을 모두 갖도록 하고, 동시에 효율적인 전극 연결 방법을 통해 초음파 빔의 감도 손실 및 빔의 왜곡현상을 방지하여 초음파 변환자의 성능을 향상시킬 수 있는 혈관 내 초음파 변환자 구조와 그 제작 방법에 관한 것이다. | - |
