- 본 발명은 전자정보 소재, 건축용 소재, 산업용 소재 등 분야에서 널리 사용되고 있는 구리 표면을 적절한 화학적 처리 방법으로 식각하고 수십-수백 나노미터 크기의 소수성 실리카 나노입자를 제조하고 이를 구리기재 상에 코팅함으로써 구리 표면에 초발수성을 부여함으로써, 내부식성과 고온내구성을 갖도록 하였다.
