- SNP를 PCR로 검사하기 위해서 주로 사용되는 dCAPS 방법은 절대적으로 소프트웨어에 의존해야한다. 하지만 본 발명에서는 모든 경우의 SNP에 각 각의 SNP 마다 사용가능한 총 12개의 제한효소를 제시함으로써 소프트웨어의 도움 없이 직접 PCR primer 제작이 가능하도록 방법을 개발하였다
