- 현재의 도서관 좌석관리 KIOSK 시스템은 사용자가 바코드 또는 스마트카드 형태의 회원증, 학생증을 통하여 로그인 한 후 사용자 본인이 좌석을 지정하여 사용하는 방식으로,만석 시에 사용자는 KIOSK를 통해 만석임을 확인하고 여석이 생길 때까지 기다려야 한다. 본 제안에서는 만석 시에 대기자가 대기시간을 효율적으로 활용할 수 있도록 KIOSK에 SMS 발신기능을 포함한 시스템으로, 본 시스템은 SMS 발송시스템이 장착된 KIOSK, SMS에 대한 응답을 수신할 수 있는 ARS시스템으로 구성되어져 있다.
