- 본 발명은 밀리미터파 영상 고속 획득용 배열 스캐너에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 밀리미터파 빔포머을 이용하여 단일 배열 스캐너로부터 복사되는 다중빔을 이용하여, 여러 각도에서 수신되는 밀리미터파 영상을 동시에 수신할 수 있다. 따라서 기존 밀리미터파 단일빔 스캐너에 비해 전체 의료영상을 획득하는데 소요되는 시간을 단축할 수 있기 때문에 실시간 영상 획득이 가능하다.
