- 본 발명은 전이금속 칼코겐 화합물의 화학적 합성 방법에서 액상의 오가노-칼코게나이드 또는 유기 용매에 고상 전이금속 물질을 용해하여 액상 전구체로 만드는 방법이다. 또한 본 발명을 통해 만들어진 액상 전구체를 이용하여 전구체로 사용할 경우, 합성된 물질에 비정질 탄소가 포함될 수 있으며, 이를 방지하기 위해 물을 추가로 공급하는 방법을 포함한다.
